Are cloud solutions secure?

Yes, when they’re configured properly. Security isn’t automatic just because something is ‘in the cloud’, it depends on how identity, access and backup are set up. As an ISO 27001 and SMB1001 Gold accredited provider, we build security into every cloud environment we manage.

What happens to our data if we cancel a subscription?

We make sure you always retain ownership of and access to your own data, and we plan any transition or offboarding so nothing is left stranded in a cancelled tenant.

Isn't it cheaper to just keep our own server?

It depends on your business, and we’ll tell you honestly if on-premises still makes sense for you. For most SMBs, cloud removes the cost and risk of ageing hardware, but we scope this properly rather than assuming cloud is always the answer.

Will we need to buy all new computers?

Usually not. Most cloud platforms run fine on existing hardware. We’ll assess your current devices as part of planning and only recommend replacements where they’re actually needed.

Should we use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

It depends on how your business already works. We’re vendor-agnostic, so we’ll recommend whichever platform genuinely fits your team, rather than pushing one option.

Do you work with our existing Microsoft 365 tenant?

Yes. We regularly take on management of an existing Microsoft 365 tenant, reviewing licensing, security settings and configuration before making any changes.
